         1. พัฒนาความสามารถผู้เรียนด้านวิชาการเต็มตามศักยภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล ปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และส่งเสริมทักษะการดำรงชีวิต              ความเป็นพลโลก
         2. พัฒนาความสามารถของครูให้จัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาสากล
         3. พัฒนาการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพการศึกษามาตรฐานสากล และสร้างเครือข่ายโรงเรียนร่วมพัฒนาและความร่วมมือกับชุมชน
